How to apply for Long-term Course
i.e.) in case of entrance to October term

Complete Online Application （Tuition for the intensive course is paid by credit-card） ［Deadline: 10 September］ |

Fill in the required items on "Online Application Form for Pre-college course" attached to returned e-mail and reply it to ARC ACADEMY. ［Within 7 days］ |
| 3. |
ARC ACADEMY applies for pre-college visa to Japanese Immigration Bureau. ［Late September］ |
| 4. |
Enter Japan with a short-term status and submit necessary documents to ARC ACADEMY. ［Early October］ |
| 5. |
Study in the intensive course. ［From October to December］ |
| 6. |
A pre-college visa is issued. ［Late November］ |
| 7. |
Pay registration fee and tuition. ［Within 10 days after visa issued］ |
| 8. |
Take procedure for changing visa status to pre-college visa. （Service charge 4,600 yen） ［Middle of December］ *No need to leave Japan. |
| 9. |
Continue to study in pre-college course ［From January］ |
