Admission Procedures

Procedures from enrollment to acceptance by ARC Academy

Necessary Documents

1.	Application for Admission (original form)
2.	Personal Records (original form)
3.	Diploma or certificate from the highest school
	* Including the certificate of enrollment and a transcript of your grades if you now study in school.
4.	Certificate from a Japanese language school
5.	A photocopy of your passport
6.	Photographs (4 cm - 3 cm) - 6 prints * Pictures printed from computers are not acceptable.
7.	The certificate of relationship between the applicant and the sponsor * The original family registers or birth certificates.
8.	Health certificate　* Submit together with tuition payment.
9.	Guarantee for Bearing Study and Living Expenses (hand written by sponsor)
10.	Bank Account Balance Certificate
	* Bank account of the person bearing study and living expenses, and the certificate must be issued within 1 month.
11. Certificate of Employment
	Documentation specifying the company, group, etc. at which the person bearing study and living expenses is currently employed.
12.	Income/Tax Certificate　* Documentation specifying the payer's income.
13.	Resident Form　* In the case that the payer resides in Japan
* Except 10, all documents need to be issued within 3 month.
