Documents submission

Documents required might be slightly different depending on the nationality. Please contact us for more details.

 

  1. School entry application form (The format is prescribed by the school)
  2. Resume(The format is prescribed by the school)
  3. The most recent original copy of graduation certificate or diploma
    * If you still attend another school, please submit the applicant's academic transcript and student registration certificate.
  4. Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Test
  5. Copy of Passport
  6. 6 Photographs (4x3cm) *Photographs printed by a computer cannot be used.
  7. Proof of a relation between an applicant and a sponsor *Copy of family's register or original copy of birth certificate
  8. Proof of sponsorship(The format is prescribed by the school)
  9. certificate of bank balances *Under the sponsor's name, issued within prior 1 month.
  10. Employment certificate *As issued by company or organization where the sponsor is working at.
  11. Certificate of income and tax payment *Can be used to confirm the sponsor's income.
  12. Certificate of residence *In the case that the sponsor is living in Japan.

 

* All certificates must be issued within three months before submission except for number 9.
