Mecical Expenses Support System

  • Students in the study abroad course who subscribe to National Health Insurance are qualified to use ARC Academy medical expenses support system.
  • Submit the certificate of national health insurance to the school. Please let us know when you change your address and the expiration date of your insurance has changed.
  • When you are injured or sick and have to go to a hospital, the 30% of co-payment which is not paid by the National Health Insurance, will be subsidized by ARC Academy.
  • You will not be able to get the money immediately. Please come to the staff at the reception as soon as the receipt is issued. There are also cases where you will not be paid. (Example: dental disease, gynecology, sickness which occurred before coming to Japan, sickness or injury which takes longer than 6 months to heal etc.).
  • When you receive the insurance fee, official processing fees of 1000 Yen will be deducted from the amount.

 

Tuberculosis Check Up

ARC Academy conducts health check up for tuberculosis every year in accordance with healthcare standards.
