| 1988 | Moved to Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. ARC Academy Company Limited was established (Shibuya school) and Japanese Language Teacher Training course (correspondence course) was opened. |
| 1989 | Started Information Computer Course (predecessor of Information Processing/Computer Course). Opened Ikebukuro school in Minami Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo. |
| 1990 | Opened Umeda school in Kamiyamacho, Kita-ku, Osaka. |
| 1991 | Opened Yokohama school in Tsuruyacho, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa. Shibuya school was accredited by Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education. |
| 1992 | Opened Shinjuku school (current Shinjuku Ekimae school) in Nishi-shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. Became a member of Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry. |
| 1993 | Became a designated school through Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Word Processing Master accreditation system. |
| 1994 | Became an accredited school for high-quality courses by Japan Association of Personnel Ability Development. |
| 1995 | Opened Seoul school in Kangnam-ku, Seoul, Korea. |
| 1996 | Participation in the planning stage of International Japanese Education Center's (IJEC) establishment. |
| 1997 | Started Korean Language course. |
| 1998 | Publication of original Japanese language textbook "Kaze no Tsubasa". (Won the grand prize from Nikkei BP Company Desktop Publishing) Course accredited by Health Minister's Training and Education Benefit System. |
| 1999 | International Japanese Education Center received an NPO (Non-Profit Organization) authentication. Consultation room for foreign student was opened in Shibuya school annex. |
| 2000 | Ikebukuro school was moved to Higashi-Ikebukuro in order to open the Pre-college course (December). |
| 2001 | Ikebukuro school was designated as accredited school by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education (June). Shibuya II school was moved because of the expansion of consultation room for foreign students (October). |
| 2002 | Chinese Language course opened in Shinjuku Ekimae school (former Shinjuku school) and Yokohama school (April). |
| 2003 | Osaka school (Namba campus) opened. |
| 2004 | Osaka school was designated as accredited school by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education (June). |
| 2005 | Main office moved its location. Opened Shibuya Main School (closed Shibuya School II). |
| 2006 | Established ARC Academy Kyoto in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto. Opened Shibuya Ekimae School. |
| 2007 | Opened Shibuya School 3. Opened Shinjuku-nishi School in Nishi-shinjuku (current Shinjuku school), Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. |
| 2008 | Kyoto school was designated as accredited school by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education (August). |
